Last weekend there was a big food truck festival downtown and we decided to check it out.
This is the view from the parking garage across the street where we parked.
As you can see the people were packed in there. And there was live music down at the white tent in the back ground.

We picked the truck with the longest line, hoping long lines equal the best food.

We shared a brisket bbq sandwich and it was tasty.
We were going to try a bunch of other things, but it was getting more and more crowded, so we decided to just find a yummy restaurant instead. But it was a blast to see all the different food trucks.

What a fun idea! I think it Rexburg it would just end up being taco trucks. :)
